The DetectX Hemoglobin High Sensitivity Colorimetric Detection Kit uses a unique reaction solution that is stable at 4 ° C, is not sensitive to light, and does not contain hazardous chemicals. All forms of haemoglobin react with the hemoglobin detection reagent and the colour generated is measured photometrically at 450 nm. A human haemoglobin standard is provided to generate a standard curve for the assay.
